About the role

As our Commercial Operations Analyst, you’ll implement sales operations initiatives and manage new and current VIP accounts. We are looking for a problem-solving and energetic professional to help us grow our customer base.

What you’ll be doing at albo:

  • Implement sales operations initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of new accounts.
  • Solve time-sensitive sales pain points to get deals across the line.
  • Manage existing VIP accounts and assist with new account creations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of sales implementation in regular reports.
  • Manage projects related to sales optimization processes derived from onboarding implementation with customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Partner closely with albo product team to iterate solutions to drive product strategy aligned with strategic partner needs.
  • Develop customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand a prospect’s business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post-product delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales organization, including but not limited to account and opportunity management and support case responses.
  • Become an expert in albo products. Effectively communicate the company's mission, value proposition, and vision to prospects, customers, and partners.
