About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Growth Ops
to join our team and play a key role in executing and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns. In this position, you will manage CRM operations, ensuring the seamless execution of email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns. You will work closely with Product and Marketing teams to align strategies, oversee campaign quality, and propose improvements to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Operate and manage CRM tools to execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to define and implement lifecycle communication strategies.
  • Set up and optimize automation workflows to improve user experience and engagement.
Quality Assurance & Strategy Improvement
  • Perform
    QA on campaigns
    to ensure content accuracy, correct segmentation, and proper execution.
  • Ensure that campaign content and messaging align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement in communication strategies and propose optimizations.
Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Marketing, to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.
  • Support marketing teams in ensuring smooth campaign operations and timely delivery.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience
    in CRM operations, email marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Experience working with
    CRM platforms (Clevertap, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar, CleverTap is preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform QA on marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies, with insight into the customer journey.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in financial services or familiarity with credit products.
  • Knowledge of automation workflows and customer engagement best practices.
  • Basic copywriting skills for campaign messaging optimization.
