About the role

As Senior Enterprise Account Executive at albo, you will spearhead the commercial expansion of our 360° financial solution albo For Business. You’ll design and execute go-to-market strategies, cultivate relationships with top-tier corporate and VIP clients, and exceed ambitious revenue targets in a high-velocity environment.

What you’ll be doing at albo:

  • Execute the end-to-end sales process, from strategic prospecting and solution demos to negotiation and closing new deals.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new VIP client opportunities, targeting high-value enterprises.
  • Target AAA corporations and payroll-based businesses, leveraging existing networks and developing fresh pipelines.
  • Manage VIP client portfolios, ensuring world-class onboarding, retention and upsell experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to craft presentations, case studies, and sales resources that directly address the challenges and goals of SMEs and enterprises.
  • Drive pipeline health and forecasting rigorously in CRM.
  • Consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

About you and what type of skills you'll need:

  • +6 years in B2B financial or SaaS sales, ideally within fintech or rapid-growth startups.
  • Proven network of corporate/AAA clients in Mexico; experience selling to payroll-based businesses.
  • Track record of managing high-value negotiations and VIP accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM workflows, pipeline management and sales analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, goal-driven and process-oriented.
  • Customer Centricity: You're customer-obsessed, constantly thinking about improving the customer experience.
  • Hands-on: We’re looking for a comfortable and willing leader to be a hands-on contributor who is energized by rolling up their sleeves, making things happen, and enabling the team to do the same.
