About the role

As a member of our Accounting team, you will participate in a wide range of accounting activities, including month-end journal entries, bank reconciliations, detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, as well as assisting in the preparation and execution of month-end schedules and financial reports.

What you’ll be doing at albo:

• Monthly accounting record of expenses, reclassifications, daily income record to know the financial situation of the company.
• Monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Monitor Balance Sheet and P&L accounts with appropriate records in order to provide reconciled balances.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all team financial metrics.
• Intercompany review and communication to reconcile balances.
• Billing of intercompany services, fixed assets, commissions and interests.
• Electronic invoicing.
• Preparation of working papers for monthly and annual tax returns.
• Auxiliary reports for internal and external audit.

About you and what type of skills you'll need:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Public Accounting Degree.
• Knowledge of Excel and other MS tools.
• Knowledge of accounting programs / ERP (Oracle Cloud preferably)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and focused on results.
• Constant communication with the areas.
• Previous experience in Big4 or consultancy firms is a plus.
• Hands on: You are energized by rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
