Our Mission
Our mission at Goodstack is to revolutionize how the world does good 🌎.
As a fast growth, AI-native social impact startup, we power global change through technology. We enable companies to seamlessly integrate positive impact into what they do through a unified platform while supporting nonprofits in gaining access to cutting-edge technology and finding new funding streams.
Global brands, including Google, OpenAI, TikTok, LinkedIn, HSBC, Atlassian and Twilio - as well as thousands of nonprofits, including the Red Cross, Cancer Research, and Oxfam - use Goodstack to make a difference.
In 2025 alone, we facilitated $5 billion in donations to good causes. But this is just the beginning. We're building the world’s leading platform that powers donations to nonprofits globally.
To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we need you 🫵
Join us as a as Revenue Operations Manager to help build the operating engine behind our growth
You will work across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success, and Ops to make sure the revenue engine is well run, well instrumented, and built for the next stage of growth.
We are specifically looking for someone who is deeply AI-native in how they operate.
You'll run the operational engine behind a high-velocity, transactional sales motion: short cycles, high volume, and growth that comes from experiments rather than playbooks. You'll pair that with the traditional RevOps craft the motion depends on: clean data, honest reporting, and systems that scale, alongside partnering with the enterprise-side organisation that works with some of the biggest names in the world to deliver impact to non-profits globally.
This role rewards someone who can hold two things at once: moving fast on experiments, and protecting the integrity of the data and reporting the experiments depend on. If you only enjoy one of those, this is the wrong role. If the combination is exactly what you like, it's a very good one!
As Revenue Operations Manager, your mission will include:
Pipeline and demand generation reporting: One source of truth that leadership trusts, from channel to win.
Capacity planning and data modelling: The models that answer "what doubling output actually takes."
ICP definition: Iterated on closed-won evidence, not opinion, feeding directly back into targeting.
CRM and tooling ownership: HubSpot end-to-end, plus the integration layer around it.
Automations and workflows: Built with AI where it earns its place, built without it where determinism wins.
After 6 months, success will look like:
Leadership quotes one number per question, because there's one source of truth for pipeline and demand generation reporting.
An experiment cadence is running with named owners, kill criteria, and results the team acts on.
A capacity model exists that turns growth targets into inputs: channels, volumes, and rep time.
The ICP is truly developed, grounded in win evidence, and targeting reflects it.
Product has been supported with evidence of what the customers' needs are to inform product direction from your insights.
A level of growth that makes Goodstack the place where the world's best and biggest Impact teams connect and serve the world's largest pool of Non-Profits.
This role is a perfect match for you if you are/have:
Run growth experiments with real stakes: owned the design, called the result, killed the losers.
Worked inside a transactional or high-velocity sales motion and understand how it differs from enterprise.
Built automations that ran in production, with or without AI (if you've built them without, you'll pick up the AI-assisted versions fast, and we'll want to see how).
Owned a CRM end-to-end, including the unglamorous parts: deduplication, field governance, write-path control.
Built a capacity or forecast model that someone senior actually used to make a decision.
A practical, high-agency mindset and excitement about using AI and automation to create leverage.
The ability to translate messy business problems into scalable processes.
Confidence working cross-functionally across commercial, finance, and operational teams.
A systems and process builder with strong operational instincts and enough commercial judgement to understand what matters and why.
Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:
Building AI-assisted outbound or prospecting workflows.
Partnering closely with Finance or FP&A.
Improving deal desk or complex commercial workflows.
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or operationally complex businesses.
How we think about AI in this role:
You use AI tools daily as part of your workflow, not as an occasional assistant.
You proactively automate repetitive operational tasks and workflows.
You are excited by building lightweight internal tools, automations, and workflows without needing heavy engineering support.
You stay current with emerging AI tooling and are constantly experimenting with better ways of working.
You think in terms of leverage, speed, and systems - not headcount.
You help raise the AI capability of the broader GTM organisation.
