📍 This is a hybrid role that requires you to be able to commute to our central London office in Fitzrovia.

Our Mission

Our mission at Percent is to power purpose in every company and nonprofit worldwide. We already work with 30+ industry giants such as Google, HSBC & TikTok. We enable them to quickly and easily build giving into their products, enabling nonprofits to access these innovative new funding streams.

Our donation volume is growing rapidly: in 2021 we donated $3.5m. In 2022, $120m, and in 2023 we donated over $1bn. This year our mission is to enable over $3bn of donations to good causes. To achieve this we need you.

Join our series A startup and make a difference as Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that our processes are aligned with our goals. In this role, you will be part of our Non-profit Team, which reviews organisations to ensure that applicants are eligible for our partners' programs. You’ll manage capacity plans, work closely with vendor partners, and lead a growing team.

In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Charities.

As Operations Manager at Percent, your mission will be to:
  • Team leadership: Provide feedback and support to both vendor agents and internal employees, helping to build their skills and career paths.
  • Oversee daily operations: Lead daily operational workflows, monitor key metrics, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Manage capacity plans: Ensure our operations can meet demand by working with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan.
  • Vendor management: Collaborate with our vendor partners to ensure that they deliver on time and to the expected quality standards.
  • Process improvement: Regularly review execution against plan and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Training & development: Plan and organise training sessions to ensure all operational flows are covered and the team is set up for success.
This role is a perfect match for you, if you have:
  • 1-3 years of experience managing a team and helping them grow.
  • Experience working closely with vendors to ensure quality and performance.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills to manage and analyse data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • High agency.
Bonus points, but not required, if you have knowledge or love of:
  • SQL knowledge would be beneficial for diving into data.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello to manage workflows and tasks.
  • Familiarity with the fintech space and its unique opportunities.
  • Startup experience.
  • A profound desire to make a positive impact on the world and contribute to a better future.
