If that sounds like you, we’re searching for an energetic Team Assistant to partner with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). In this role, you’ll serve as the backbone of the SLT, delivering high-level administrative support while enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes. Your creativity and organizational talent will empower our leaders to concentrate on our vision while you keep everything running smoothly. What will I be doing?
- Master Orgniser: You’ll navigate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring our leaders are always exactly where they need to be.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact between SLT and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
- Project Maestro: Help transform ideas into reality! You’ll assist with project management, tracking project milestones and preparing engaging presentations and reports.
- Confidentiality Champion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and discretion.
About you:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Team Assistant
- Organisation Pro: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are a must
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech Savvy: Confident using tools like Google and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous environment and ready to tackle a new challenge
