We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the architecture, workflows, and integrations that support our sales, quoting, and account management processes. You’ll be the go-to expert on Salesforce configuration and a key partner across Revenue Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
You will lead initiatives to improve system efficiency, data quality, and automation across the order-to-cash lifecycle. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on how well our GTM systems support both commercial execution and scale.

What will I be doing?

  • Own the day-to-day management and long-term evolution of Salesforce as it relates to quoting, approvals, account and opportunity workflows.
  • Partner with Rev Ops, Finance, and Sales to translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Manage and optimize automation, flows, and integrations with connected systems (e.g. billing, reporting, document generation).
  • Identify and resolve data issues, duplication, and sync errors across GTM systems.
  • Maintain strong governance on user access, field usage, and change control processes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and system performance.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and best practices.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Salesforce-related decisions and future-state system design.

What do I need?

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting a growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and data management.
  • Experience managing complex approval flows, opportunity structures, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Familiarity with CPQ, billing, or subscription models is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to drive system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred.
