Why join us?
We’re a global tech company, just not the kind you’re picturing.
Sure, we’ve got catered lunches, team events, cool merch, and yes... dogs in the office. But that’s not why people join.
Our team of nearly a thousand people wakes up every day to make our product and our customers’ lives better. At SafetyCulture, you’ll hear “yes, let’s give it a shot” more often than “that’s not how we do things here.”
People join because we’re building tools that make work better for the 3 billion people who keep the world moving - factory floor operators, baggage handlers, truck drivers, servers, store assistants. The ones who make things happen. We’ve got the scale and innovation you’d expect from big tech. The difference? No endless layers of sign-off. No corporate theatre. Just smart, experienced people solving real problems fast
The scale is big. But the ownership’s personal. Every full-time team member gets equity - real skin in the game. When we grow, you do too. We’re not perfect, no company is. But this next chapter of our growth is about scaling with intelligence, not just size - fueled by operational maturity, a clear vision, and a strong focus on AI.
This is big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
If that excites you more than it scares you, you’ll fit right in.
As Revenue Operations Analyst (Partnerships) you will own the end-to-end operational framework of the SafetyCulture Partner Program across solution, services partners and AWS. Your responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and managing the systems, processes, and governance that enable our partner ecosystem to scale effectively. This role is critical in ensuring the partner program operates seamlessly, delivering data-driven insights, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment that drives mutual growth for SafetyCulture and our partners. This is a highly collaborative role requiring close alignment with the global partnerships team, revenue operations, finance, legal, product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure the partner program delivers consistent, measurable impact. This role will report into our Global Head of Revenue Operations.
How You Will Spend Your Time
- Own and manage the end-to-end partner operations framework, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and consistency for our priority solutions and services partners and AWS
- Build and maintain partner governance processes including onboarding, contracting, compliance, incentive programs, and partner lifecycle management.
- Partner with revenue operations to design and manage deal registration, reporting, and pipeline management processes for partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility into partner performance, adoption, and ROI for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Jointly own partner systems with the RevOps Systems Manager including CRM, PRM, and the Partner Portal — ensuring seamless workflows, accurate reporting, and partner-friendly processes.
- Optimise and manage SafetyCulture’s Partner Portal and PRM system (Impartner), ensuring partners have seamless access to resources, reporting, deal registration, and program updates.
- Design and run internal enablement programs so that GTM teams (AEs, CSMs, BDMs, SEs) clearly understand partner processes, value propositions, and how to effectively co-sell and co-deliver with partners.
- Collaborate with finance and legal to streamline Master Partner Agreement, order forms, rebates / commission, and MDF / benefits processes for partners, ensuring compliance and operational accuracy.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and GTM teams to ensure program communications, assets, and processes are accurate, timely, and effectively delivered.
- Establish a regular cadence of operational reviews with key partners and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insights to improve partner performance and engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine partner processes, tools, and systems to reduce friction, improve partner experience, and support global scale.
- Act as the internal advocate for operational excellence in partnerships, ensuring systems, processes, and reporting are embedded into core SafetyCulture workflows.
- Support the Director of Partnerships and Partnerships Leadership Team in designing and executing a scalable, global partner program framework.
